Then you will be part of our global team as Senior Management Consultant / Doctor (w/m/d) in the field of radiology and support our initiatives in Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands. We combine process-driven medical and digital expertise with many years of clinical experience.

The consulting team is a dynamic and rapidly growing part of Siemens Healthineers within Enterprise Services. We offer our customers comprehensive, independent consulting services as well as implementation advice to match the Siemens Healthineers product portfolio.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• They support our consulting team with your well-founded clinical expertise and help improve clinical processes and support strategic projects in healthcare facilities, especially in hospitals. They take over the management of projects within healthcare facilities. Together with the project team, they manage cooperation with our customers, develop efficiency-driven solutions for the processes and accompany the implementation to create significant added value for our customers. They drive forward the project acquisition and the systematic market management of our consultancy unit. As a result, you will develop specific offers for our customers and will be involved in creating new consulting approaches and marketing activities. By supporting our customers, you can identify and use the potential to expand projects. Continuous communication with the customer at eye level, structured project management and data-based solution thinking ensures our work success. They challenge the approach of our customers, argue well-founded and preserve peace and professionalism even in difficult times.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have completed medical studies with specialist training in radiology or are at the end of your radiological specialist training. Alternatively, bring multi-year clinical experience in a radiological department.- Ideally, you have an additional economic education (e.g. MBA) and/or a further degree (e.g. PhD, M.D.)- They have many years of experience as a doctor: in the radiological environment and have a strong interest in clinical processes as well as the motivation to actively shape and develop radiological processes. They convince with many years of project experience in the healthcare environment, of advantage is relevant consulting experience.- They have profound expertise in the clinical environment and have already been able to gain relevant experience in a clinic or institution of the healthcare industry. You have experience in the application of common technologies and digital solutions in healthcare. Clinical pathways, process analysis and optimization are well-known and optimally applied procedures for optimising patient care.

Your profile and skills:

• They have strong presentation and communication skills as well as excellent knowledge of German and English, which allow you to communicate with different stakeholders in national and international environments at eye level. Your ability to work in project teams and motivate others allows you to help healthcare providers succeed in a dynamic environment They are characterized by exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving competence as well as distinct interpersonal skills to interact effectively with the various stakeholders. You will also be able to travel in order to meet the project business and the sales activities at the locations of our customers.
