In this position, you are the heart of the service organization - you keep an overview when several tasks have to be handled at the same time, ensuring smooth operations.

You are characterized by:

• completed IT training or commercial training with IT background knowledge
• Experience in the Dispatcher area
• Confidentiality with Outlook and beneficial with ITSM/Remedy
• decision-making and solution-oriented thinking
• ready for shift work and flexibility with high order volume (layers: 8:00 to 16:30 and 9:00 to 17:30)
• readiness to check safety (duration 3 to 6 weeks)

In your new job as an employee Service Coordination (m/w/d) - You:

• enters technicians as contact inbound and outbound via two hotlines
• order hardware (work memory, hard drives and iPads)
• take over dispatch activities with planning of orders
• prepare tickets and plan dates based on available resources such as technicians, calendars and hardware
• supports technicians on site and communicates with the client in cases of clarification
• ensures the quality of the calendar and shows technical tours in the system
