Your duties

• Individual support and advice of our customers in the area of building cleaning
• Planning, control and control of cleaning services in your objects
• Management, motivation and operational planning of the employees:
• Quality and performance controls and documentation of results
• Offer creation, costing and support in tenders
• Organization of materials, machinery and services
• Close cooperation with the operating or object line

• Professional experience in building cleaning, ideally with leadership experience
• Good knowledge of occupational safety, hygiene and quality standards
• Communication strength, organizational skills and safe occurrence

• Secure handling of MS Office / digital time recording systems (e.g. Wisag-App, MoreApp, etc.)
• Class B driving licence
