You take over the disciplinary leadership and professional development of the team Talent Acquisition They serve and advise managers in the targeted occupation of positions, both internally and externally They run and accompany national and international projects that help to optimise existing HR and TA processes They continuously develop a number-based reporting system They ensure continuous sharing of the local best practices of Arthrex GmbH in the EMEA branch offices They contribute to the continuous optimization of HR processes and services They separately assume the operational recruitment of management positions and strategic positions

You have successfully completed your studies in business, the social sciences or the humanities or have a vocational training course with subsequent years of relevant professional experience They have many years of relevant professional experience in recruitment within a dynamic business environment You have several years of experience in the disciplinary and professional leadership of employees You have experience in the design and implementation of Employer branding and personal marketing campaigns They have experience in managing and supporting projects - ideally in the international environment They are familiar with the common MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint and common candidate managment systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Negotiating English skills complete your profile
