Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

You are a central contact for our customers, car houses and sales partners in all questions about our products and services You accept customer requests by phone and in writing, check the respective facts and ensure a timely and binding processing You process customer requests independently and coordinate the necessary clarification with insurers, car houses and internal specialist departments You will process concerns about contractual content and ensure proper and customer-oriented solution finding

You have a completed training as an insurance businessman, merchant/buyer for insurance and finance or a comparable training First professional experience in customer service or insurance industry is desirable You have a safe, friendly and professional appearance and communicate in word and writing clearly, competent and sovereign You work customer- and solution-oriented and are able to quickly capture complex issues and process them properly A structured, careful and independent way of working distinguishes you You are reliable, responsible and like to work constructively in the team You have secure user knowledge in the current MS Office applications and work quickly into new systems
