Project Manager DACH (m/f/d)

Numerous strategic and operational projects are ahead of our DACH region - especially in the field of ramp-ups, process changes and cross-site implementations. To ensure professional, uniform and efficient project management, we are looking for a Project Manager DACH (m/w/d)

Your tasks Responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing multi-site projects in the DACH region (e.g. ramp-ups, process changes, customer implementations) Ensuring a standardized project initiation, including project charter, risk assessments, stakeholder analyses and communication plans Close cooperation with logistics, operations, IT, HR and other central and local stakeholders Support of locations in critical phases (e.g. start-up phase, escalations, bottleneck situations) and coordination of the necessary measures Construction, maintenance and development of project methods, standards and templates for the entire DACH region, in particular within the framework of the SEED family programme Monitoring of project progress, creating KPI reports and deriving measures to increase efficiency Ensuring smooth project transfers in regular operation Representation of the DACH project landscape in supraregional meetings and internal and external customers

Your profile Complete studies (e.g. industrial engineering, BWL, logistics, project management) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in project management, ideally in contract logistics or in the introduction of new customer projects Very good competences in managing complex, cross-functional projects Structured mode of operation, high autonomy and pronounced problem solving capability Communication strength in German and English as well as safe occurrence at all hierarchical levels High readiness for travel within the DACH region Experience in change management and implementation of process standardization Basic knowledge of Lean Principles and Six Sigma Methodology; a yellow- or green-belt certification in Lean-Six-Sigma is a plus
