Deputy Responsibility for an 8-member team

Staff management and motivation as well as the introduction and guidance of employees, as well as trainees

Representation of the restaurant manager in his absence

Professional and dedicated guest care

Designing and optimizing workflows

Implementation and control of quality and service standards

Administrative tasks such as schedule and holiday planning, as well as ensuring economic efficiency in the absence of the restaurant manager

Implementation of annual employee reviews and interviews with the restaurant manager
