Coordination and quality assurance of BIM models in the fields of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical, sanitary throughout all performance phases of HOAI Implementation of Clash detection and model-based collision testing in close coordination with specialist planners, architects and construction management Creation, maintenance and updating of BIM coordination plans, modeling guidelines (BEP, AIA) and model testing protocols Control and moderation of interdisciplinary BIM coordination meetings Interface management between MEP expert planners, architects and higher-level BIM management Supporting stock modelling in an international context in cooperation with our branch in Vietnam

successfully completed studies in the field of supply technology, technical building equipment, building and energy technology, civil engineering or comparable qualification Professional experience in BIM coordination and/or TGA planning, ideally with projects in construction or technical infrastructure sound knowledge of BIM methodology: LOD/LOI, IFC interfaces, BCF workflows, CDE platforms (e.g. Autodesk Forma) safe handling of BIM authentication software in the MEP area, ideally Autodesk Revit MEP Knowledge of BIM coordination and testing tools (e.g. Navisworks, Solibri Model Checker or comparable) Communication and team skills as well as safe, targeted appearance in dealing with customers knowledge of German as well as communication-proof knowledge of English in word and writing Flexibility and readiness for occasional travel activities (Germany)
