Maintenance of HKLS systems according to maintenance plans Processing of faults as well as independent disorder elimination during operation Regular technical tours to control systems and building conditions Careful documentation of all work and measures carried out Maintenance and updating of data in the CAFM system Cooperation with object management, technology team and, if necessary, external service providers Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
