Senior Marketplace Performance Manager (m/w/d)

We not only supply discounters, retailers, food and shipping companies, but are also represented in online and home shopping as real omnichannel marketers. For our subsidiary, DS e-Sales GmbH, we are looking for a Senior Marketplace Performance Manager (m/w/d) in full time for our location in Hamburg-Stapelfeld or Berlin.

As part of our Cross Channel strategy and within our product activation and sales process, you are responsible for the relevant performance of our focus range: You take full responsibility for at least one category in the Marketplaces/Amazon You are inspired, taxed and developing your category with a holistic approach – that includes e.g. product (new) development in close consultation with our PIL (Product Innovation Lab), launching new channels, content development in close cooperation with our marketing department or supply chain and logistics revisions with the corresponding departments You are responsible for conducting analyses and deriving appropriate optimization measures as well as creating project-related sales concepts and are responsible for implementing the planned measures in consultation with different teams. You analyze and optimize the campaign structure and control of your categories in terms of sales, CTR and ACOS You’ll scale your category(s) with profitable growth and develop expansion strategies You are responsible for the continuous monitoring & reporting of relevant KPIs You are the interface to relevant specialist departments and communicate with internal and external stakeholders

completed university studies focusing on marketing or economics; or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in performance marketing and active handling online marketplaces such as Amazon Safe handling of popular campaign management and analysis tools (Seller/Vendor Central, Helium10, Power BI etc.) Strong analytical and data-driven operation Enforcement capability in handling different interfaces and stakeholders Joy in working in interdisciplinary teams
