As a nursing professional in the home, you are required daily with basic care, drug delivery, wound care and documentation – we clarify how documentation, procedures and team voting are organised in the field. Before the first use, we know together what requirements, layer models and setup types are useful. The site combines scheduleable periods of use with places of work throughout the federal territory and requires your willingness to stay longer outside the residence.

• With expertise and care, you implement care measures in the home in a quality-proof manner and contribute to a reliable, individual resident care. • You work together with the team and contribute to safe and professional processes with clear communication. • You accompany residents: in palliative situations with peace, respect and security and contribute to a dignified, well-tuned approach in the team. • You prepare handovers so that risks, peculiarities and current developments are clearly identified and the following team has a good basis for further work.
