As a merchant (m/w/d) for IT system management in the Ratiodata, your workplace is not limited to your desk: 40% of your training is technically shaped. This time you spend in the service and take care of all defects, disorders, new equipment and SB devices as a service provider for our customers. For us it is important that you understand the technology behind our solutions, so we take you to our customers and explain all the technical aspects. The other 60% of your training is commercial. Here we show everything you need to serve our customers as much as possible. You support us in all commercial topics, such as offering, reporting, stock management of our warehouse, accounting. At the Berlin site, your work area could not be more diverse: you support us in the desktop area, in the SB service, in the deployment control and have direct customer contact by driving to the customer with our employees. That's what you expect: Joint start at the introduction workshop where you can get to know the Ratiodata and other trainees and connect directly. In the course of your training, you will be able to get to know, among other things, the following activities that you gradually take on your own responsibility: Creation of offers for our customer projects elaboration of reports for our customers, as well as perspective presentation of results internally and with the customer Supporting the project teams to exchange technical equipment (workplace equipment and SB devices) Playing the customer devices with the desired software Working on the ticket system

You have at least a good degree Your mode of operation is characterized by communication strength and negotiation skills Customer contact is not a problem for you You are passionate about IT topics from a technical and commercial perspective
