You report directly to the management and take over the operational control of the site. You not only actively support existing customers, but consistently develop new business potential. Go ahead in sales, set clear priorities and show presence in the market as well as in day-to-day business. Your team will lead you through your own commitment and measurable results - you are a model, impulse generator and Sparring partner at the same time. Responsibility for the entire operating business (sales, purchasing, warehouse, logistics) Active support of existing customers and consistent new customers Systematic market and competition analyses to identify growth potentials Active participation in supply and contract negotiations Sales management with model function: You coach your team, set clear goals and drive measurable results together Leadership & team development You guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly, motivate employees and promote their individual development. You have several years of professional experience in building materials trading and have already assumed responsibility for leadership – for example as branch manager, deputy branch manager, company manager or in a comparable position.
