Financial analysis and credit assessment: You analyze annual accounts, business evaluations and liquidity indicators of our customers. On this basis, you conduct independent credit assessments, create risk assessments and give sound credit votes according to internal policies and external ratings. You also assess industry and market risks as well as the sustainability of our customers. Documentation and Compliance: You document all credit decisions and credit ratings in our systems, ensure traceability and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition, check the completeness and plausibility of submitted documents such as commercial register extracts, BWA and collateral contracts. Communication and cooperation: In close coordination with sales and other interfaces, you will clarify open questions about customer loyalty and credit decision and ensure fast, transparent communication in the financing process. Monitoring and reporting: You monitor ongoing customer engagements, analyze changes in creditworthiness, and initiate measures if necessary. Also create reports for management and support internal and external audits. Special analyses and process optimization: In the team, you evaluate complex financing structures as well as larger international customers and framework contracts and are committed to the digitization and automation of our credit processes.

You have completed training in the banking sector or a comparable qualification and bring a multi-year professional experience in the credit or leasing business, ideally with a focus on credit assessment. You have good knowledge of accounting according to HGB and international accounting standards. You are characterized by a high degree of self-initiative and work independently, reliably and solution-oriented. You are sure to deal with MS Office applications; Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage. You have good English skills in word and writing.
