Complete degree in mechanical engineering, engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in design and product development Multiannual experience in the professional leadership or coordination of a team Understanding CAD systems Embossed technical understanding and experience in product development and manufacturing processes Analytical and Structured Operation Entrepreneurial thinking and decision-making High communication and organizational capability
