Creation, further development and monitoring of strategic material demand planning Implementation of shipping document and invoice checks for receipts for purchased materials and services Processing of loading and storage logistics and packaging disposal Proactive care of the material and supplier master files, as well as the minimum stock quantities Ensure time and location-oriented material supply Conduct inventory management, monitoring and storage optimization Coordination of material requirements and scheduling for heavy maintenance projects Regular status meetings to avoid material bottlenecks Organisation, management and monitoring of measuring and testing equipment Implementation of inventory Participation in process optimizations Standby for shiftwork

Training as a specialist for warehouse logistics, merchant/woman for forwarding and logistics services or comparable, alternative technical training with corresponding additional qualification or experience High organisational and structured functioning Embossed communication and team skills Ready to continuously optimize processes and procedures Controlling standard PC application software (min. MS Outlook, MS Excel)
