• Work focus will be in the process chain of energy trading and procurement with the modules portfolio management (PFM), schedule management (FPM) and risk management (RISKM) in our software solution of the Robotron energy market platform including the interfaces to resystems
• Advising our customers on our products and migration on our energy market platform, also as a Cloud variant
• Determining new requirements and mapping these to existing or newly created functions and processes
• Supporting our customers in adapting and optimizing business processes and coordinating our tasks with the customer on site
• ideally, you are able to perform or configure smaller program-related adjustments and configurations independently. support the development process through the guidance of our developers
• Implementation of workshops in the context of the products around the Robotron Energy Market Platform and product-independent topics of the energy industry

• Completion of (economic) informatics, mathematics or economic studies
• Professional experience in consulting/consulting, preferably in the energy industry and energy trade
• experience in modeling business processes or Software systems and basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• readiness for agile operation according to Scrum, if necessary first experience in the role of a Scrum Masters
