HAPEKO is exclusively responsible for the search for an experienced personality for the management of the Transport Plant Planning department. In this role, you will first lead a small team of 2 employees, and you will definitely expand this team.

Our client is a medium-sized, owner-managed engineering office with around 160 employees at several locations in Germany. For many years, the company has been working successfully in various fields of civil engineering and architecture with a special focus on demanding projects in the public sector.

Responsibility for transport planning Strategic and operational expansion of the area Heading and development of the dedicated team of engineers and designers (m/w/d) Planning, design and realization of transport systems according to §45 HOAI Ensuring the quality, time and budget implementation of the projects Communication with internal and external project partners Active participation and further development of the company as part of the management level

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, landscape architecture, free space planning or comparable courses Experience in transport planning (road planning, infrastructure planning, municipal civil engineering, etc.). Safe handling of common planning software (e.g. CARD/1, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Vestra or comparable tools) Joy in leadership, motivation and development of a team Strategic and conceptual thinking and decision-making Communication strength, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working Enthusiasm for complex tasks and public infrastructure
