You support our customer center in the processing of inquiries and processes. You actively contribute to process optimization in AI projects. You help monitor and develop our online service portals.

You are a registered student of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Energy Economics or a comparable course of study. IT knowledge and enthusiasm for new technologies are of course for you. First experiences in online marketing and with web analytics are of advantage. You are interested in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Creativity and independent work are fun. And very important: You have joy in dealing with people, are open, friendly and value-adding in the team or in contact with customers.
