Supporting users of around 1,200 municipalities and cities on all questions relating to pay billing in the public service of Baden-Württemberg with SAP HCM Analysis of problems in billing of charges and development of solutions Introduction of new functions and process parts based on tariff and legal requirements including implementation in SAP HCM Implementation of user training on various topics from the pay billing with SAP HCM Development of manuals and user information
