You take over the professional management of a SE team for the components low-voltage converters or LIN-SV (LIN power distributor)

You are taxing suppliers to ensure the set target performance

You report to customer bodies You represent your team towards our module management

You agree objectives for the component in cooperation with our module line

You are responsible for the achievement of the component for properties, costs, weight, quality and dates

You carry out change, problem and quality management for your component and ensure compliance with quality policies

You carry out technical approvals and documentation of our component

Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification

less than five years of relevant professional experience in the automotive environment and well-founded practical experience in project management

Mind. two years of experience in component responsibility, ideally as SE team management, or in a comparable role with corresponding responsibility

Comprehensive knowledge in series development or Serial support in the field of electromobility and in preventive and reactive quality work at OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers

In-depth process understanding of automotive development, serial care and problem management processes (including iTO, SB / WE, PMP) and software release processes

Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) according to GER/CEF

Safe handling of custom application software such as gAMS, FLS, OCTANE and PQM

Representative team players, both internally and in cooperation with customers
