In order to strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a kind of director (m/w/d) who is responsible for our visual brand world and strategically drives the further development of our corporate design. In this role, you combine conceptual thinking with high design quality and ensure consistent, brand-compliant implementation of our design strategies across different channels and regions. You can look forward to the following tasks: You are responsible for the entire area of our corporate identity and its consistent implementation across all channels You continuously develop corporate design, taking into account trends, brand history and different marketing channels and international regions You will also create templates for efficient and consistent processing of existing designs In addition, you create independent designs in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator You organize and prioritize ongoing design projects in close coordination with the product team In addition, you accompany other designers professionally, give impulses and promote creative excellence

You have a completed study or training in the field of communication, graphics, media design or comparable You master all popular programs and tools for creating graphics, especially Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator You have several years of experience in graphic design or in a comparable creative environment, ideally in software development or in the context of digital products Your deep understanding of typography, photography, editorial and brand design as well as corporate identity will help you design clear, thoughtful designs In addition, you bring know-how and interest in current AI applications with flowing German and English knowledge in word and writing.
