Deputy Head of Nursing Services (m/f/d)

For our client, an established outpatient care service with high care quality and regionally very good anchoring, we are looking for a deputy care service (m/w/d) as part of direct placement.

In this role you combine leadership, organization and active cooperation in outpatient care. You form processes, support the team in everyday life and take responsibility at eye level with the care service management.

Support of the nursing service in the professional, organisational and economic management of the outpatient care service Active cooperation in outpatient care (basic and treatment care according to qualifications and needs) Ensuring high-quality, individual care of clients Participation in service and tour planning Support for personnel management and employee development Implementation of care visas and quality assurance measures Contact person for employees, clients, relatives and external partners Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal quality standards Representation of care services in absence

(m/w/d), e.g. health and nursing, nursing or nursing Professional experience in outpatient care First experience in a coordinating or conducting role of advantage Further training for the responsible nursing staff according to § 71 SGB XI desirable or willingness to further education Willingness to participate actively in nursing practice Organisational strength, sense of responsibility and team orientation Communication strength and empathy driving licence class B
