Educator / socio-pedagogical assistant wanted for the crèche sector (m/f/d)

Centrally located at Bramfelder Dorfplatz, our new WABE-Kita is created with 65 seats in the elementary area and 35 caring places for crib children. We focus on movement, music and language.

For daily extinction, a spacious exercise room with a motor center will be available on the upper floor. Also on its own outdoor area with roof terrace there is plenty of space to play.

Sustainability is important to us: Sufficient bicycle pitches and good accessibility encourage car-free work.

Your perspectives – Our tasks

• Accompaniment of our kitacians in individual kitaday along our open pedagogy of mindfulness. Your work is fully oriented towards the needs of children
• They promote the development of children's personality through work in specialized functional spaces and thus ensure a high participation
• You are an expert in an educational focus or develop this and inspire the children with your topic

Your skills - Our expectations

• A completed training as an educator or social pedagogical assistant is absolutely necessary. A focus in one of the seven educational areas of Hamburg's educational recommendations is desirable, but we do not presuppose.
• Openness, willingness to learn and teamwork as well as knowledge, experiences or interest in the field of open pedagogy of mindfulness complete your profile.
