Employee Technical Service Powerline and Order Processing (m/f/d)

You are responsible for supporting our Powerline customers (w/m/d) and customer-related order processing You process incoming orders, requests and complaints You proactively take over customer communication You coordinate the build-up of powerline networks at our customers (w/m/d) on the low-voltage network You are part of our First Level technical support for Powerline, analyze malfunctions, arrange and maintain troubleshooting You train our customers to build and use Powerline in Germany

Successfully completed technical training, study or comparable professional experience You have professional experience in customer care or order processing You ideally have industry knowledge in the area of network and/or measuring point operators; also cross beginners are welcome IP and network basic knowledge are advantageous Communication strength and a good way of expression in the German language You have a structured way of working, willingness to learn and quick understanding You are open to new and ready to expand your horizon
