About the company

My client is a technology-oriented company with several locations in Germany and Europe. The company is currently in a comprehensive digital transformation - including the introduction of a new ERP core and the latest IT. The organization is characterised by stability, short decision-making, high quality standards and a collegial environment. It expects a forward-looking technology team, diverse design options and a leading role in a strategically important major project. You assume the overall responsibility for the introduction of an SAP S/4HANA system as part of a transformation project and control internal and external project participants You gradually build an in-house-sAP team and perform this professionally and perspectively disciplined, in all project phases and beyond You design modern, continuous process landscapes for central business areas - from procurement to manufacturing to logistics and commercial functions You moderate workshops, develop target images and control rollouts across multiple functional areas Priorize task packages, answer budgets and ensure the quality of external implementation partners

You bring proven experience in managing SAP projects (Greenfield or Brownfield) - ideally in an industrial environment You have solid knowledge of relevant SAP modules (e.g. PP, MM, SD, FI/CO) You have experience in controlling external service providers, in project controlling, and in structured project methods You have a pronounced process understanding, in particular in production and production logistics - variant production is a plus You communicate safely in German and bring the willingness to build a growing team and take responsibility in the medium term
