Head of Pharmacy Management (m/w/d)

You play a central role in the safe, economical and forward-looking pharmaceutical supply

You bear the full responsibility for the management, organisation and strategic orientation of our client's pharmacies across Germany with more than 400 employees:inside

You develop and implement innovative supply concepts, e.g. drug therapy security, automation, UnitDose

You contribute to optimisation projects of processes and digitization

You are responsible for drug logistics and quality assurance

You ensure compliance management of pharmacies with controlling and adapting the internal control system (IKS) and the integration of quality assurance measures into risk management

You work in the introduction and further development of digital medication systems - master data management, system validation and first level user support

You define and implement future-oriented, standardized processes and key figures for the pharmacy organization

You work with internal and external partners, for example IT, compliance, purchasing, medical departments and external suppliers

An Approbation as a Pharmacist:in

A professional experience appropriate to the position in the hospital environment with management or project responsibility

A know-how in the implementation and further development of digital medication systems and implementation of standardized processes

A special knowledge in the regulatory framework in the hospital

Expertise in compliance and risk management

A strong strategic thinking, willingness to design and analytical strength

A communication and leadership competence as well as a high degree of self-initiative

Experiences in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and external partners
