Team Leader Series Development (m/f/d)

You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team of series development for deep-drawn packaging machines With your team, you are driving forward the continuous development, maintenance, optimization and expansion of the machine portfolio Planning, prioritization and control of development projects including Responsibility for resources and budgets as well as ensuring timely, cost-conscious and quality-compliant project realization You are responsible for the organisational and structural structure of the team, bringing your expertise actively with and optimizing processes, structures and methods Strengthening cooperation with central interfaces such as product management, engineering, production, purchasing and service to ensure consistent development processes and alignment You are responsible for the advice, professional support and further development of employees, in particular for difficult or fundamentally new tasks

You have a successfully completed technical study or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the R&D environment - ideally in packaging machine construction or similar industry - with leadership experience You are a team player with strong social competence and very good communication skills and are motivated to continuously develop the team and staff Knowledge and experience in Value Engineering, DFM/DFA and/or Systems Engineering Safe handling of development tools, SAP and MS Office A responsible and structured way of working is one of your strengths, as well as a distinct problem-solving competence Your enthusiasm for modern and complex applications drives you to develop innovative solutions. You have good English skills to act safely in international contexts
