Strengthen the team in commercial asset management to develop the nationwide real estate portfolio of our client. As a stockholder, he pursues a long-term and sustainable perspective. They are responsible for a separate sub-portfolio, develop the object strategy and implement it independently. Your tasks are varied and include: Own-responsible real estate asset management of predominantly commercial real estate (further) Development and control of the object and rental strategies Planning and control of rental activities, marketing and rental of vacancies Negotiation and creation of leases and supplements with new and existing rentals Rental communication on strategic and contractual issues Optimization and reduction of costs including analysis of operating costs and development of optimization measures Cooperation with the technical asset managers in the case of renting, repair and modernisation projects and rental-preparing measures Cooperation and close coordination with Property Management and Controlling Quality management of external service providers Creation of cost-effectiveness calculations, budgets, decision templates, presentations and demand-dependent evaluations Participation in the development of new and existing projects (e.g. location, object, target group and customer satisfaction analyses) Participation in purchases and production of feasibility analyses and due diligence

Immobilienfachwirt IHK / Bachelor or Master or a comparable qualification or a completed degree with a real estate economic focus Multiannual professional experience in asset management and rental of commercial properties Extensive knowledge of rental law and basic technical knowledge Very good MS Office knowledge Knowledge of the IX House administrative programme desirable, but no condition Pleasure of property-specific tasks and contract negotiations High level of customer orientation and focus on tenant retention/satisfaction Self-sponsored and self-sponsored operation and implementation strength Economic and targeted thinking and action
