I. Tax processing
- settlement of internal tax matters, in particular turnover tax, taking into account the current tax law according to § 2b UStG
- Implementation, control and further development of the new tax law (§ 2b UStG) and the prepared tax compliance management system (TCMS)
- Central advisory body for the administration in tax-relevant issues as well as organisation and implementation of internal specialist and user training
- Examination and selection/development of tax options
- Self-manufacturing of tax debt matters (including the creation of tax returns, turnover tax, excise duty, tax deduction for limited taxable persons, commercial tax, tax foreign tax)
- Monitoring of internal audits
- Support for special tax tasks and projects
- discussion/launch of tax behaviour with tax advisors and financial authorities
- Financial accounting support in tax issues
- Establishment and maintenance of contract management in relation to tax issues
II. Budgetary management
- Budgeting, presentation, management and implementation in the field of culture
- Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration / University of Applied Sciences for Police and Public Administration of the Department "Communal Administration Service - Administration Business Administration" or
- completed administrative course II (formerly employee course II) of the department of administrative management or
