At HR WORKS you are responsible for our external representation and actively develop PR events. This brings our topics into relevant external formats – from specialist media to podcasts.

We are pioneering digital travel cost accounting in the cloud and are now one of the leading providers of HR software in Germany. For 25 years, we have digitized the human resources processes in medium-sized companies and thus help them to create leaner HR structures. Due to our strong growth, we are looking for reinforcement for our marketing team in Freiburg at the next possible time. You design and write press releases You develop studies, commission them and accompany them in terms of content – from question to publication You will extract data and translate insights into relevant stories You build editorial contacts and plead them – or bring an existing network with you You're researching matching podcast formats, asking questions and coordinating performances You prepare communication topics for management and accompany them You track media resonance and actively introduce learnings

You have experience in PR, corporate communication or journalism You have a good style of writing – precise, clear, without fleas You are interested in business and working world topics You have excellent knowledge of German in word and writing You bring a network in the business press or the clear willingness to build up one and maintain contacts in the long term You think topics strategically and implement them pragmatically You’re open to AI tools – you don’t have to be a professional today, but should be curious (we’ll accompany you on board) You are drawing your own initiative and reliability
