The system architect Digital Systems is responsible for the structural design of the E/E (electric/electronic) system architecture of the vehicle and ensures that all vehicle functions including logical architecture from the functional design, as well as software, assemblies and communication are consistently allocated and integrated. Here the specifications of the individual modules are created for further development. Definition of the total E/E architecture of the vehicle in coordination with the platform architects structuring of assemblies or assemblies Component Architecture, Communication Architecture, Energy Architecture Definition and modelling of technical and physical architecture with SysML & according to Rheinmetall Architecture Framework Allocation of logical architecture on the assemblies within physical architecture Modelling of the interfaces, data flow (network protocols) & the IT infrastructure of all E/E modules of the entire vehicle to create the E/E topology Integration of Safety, Cyber Security & EMC requirements as well as systemic latency requirements & load management of the modules into the E/E architecture Trade-off analysis and if necessary architectural decision in cooperation with the platform architect Load booklet for the respective assemblies

Complete studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, computer science or comparable Experience in Systems Engineering, System Requirements & MBSE for mechatronic products System experience in vehicle development according to the V-model, E/E architecture of advantage Experience in dealing with DOORS Classic, PREE Vision/ Rhapsody Experience in SysML modeling & in top-down system design Experience in centralized vs. distributed architecture, as well as domain, zone, central architecture Knowledge of ISO26262, ISO21434, ISO15288 Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Strong analytical and systemic thinking across domains Ability to abstract complex systems, architecture structuring & complexity reduction
