Building supervisor (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You take over the holistic care of the service of our customer,
• they carry out general maintenance and minor repairs,
• they control the maintenance work and repair jobs carried out externally, in particular in the field of electrical work;
• They are involved in counter exchange and counter reading as well as in the DGUV V3 test,
• They organize and accompany test runs of the police's emergency power plants.

Your profile:

• completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or comparable,
• many years of professional experience in the field of work,
• Class B licence,
• good English,
• Interest in long-term cooperation.
