Branch Manager Infrastructure & Traffic Safety (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the economic and operational management of the establishment including P&L responsibility Leadership, development and development of the existing team, disposition and professional employees Responsibility for the strategic and personnel development of the site and the expansion of the regional market position Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and identifying new business potentials Control of construction and project execution including resource planning, costing, cost-effectiveness control and follow-up management Ensuring compliance with quality, deadline and safety standards

Successfully completed technical or commercial training or corresponding studies Multiannual leadership experience with budget or Result-responsibility, ideally as branch, company or location manager Experience in the construction industry, infrastructure, technical services or a comparable project-oriented environment is advantageous Knowledge in the fields of construction management, costing, project management or follow-up management are desirable Impressed leadership and communication strength as well as an appreciation of employees Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-initiative as well as pronounced economic understanding Secure appearance to customers, authorities and internal interfaces
