Analysis and monitoring of trade activities in domestic capital and financial markets Unauthorised activities in the capital markets such as insider trading or market manipulation and cooperation with the relevant law enforcement authorities Monitoring and evaluation of new financial market products in consumer protection in the field of cryptoassets and other capital market products Examination and grant of authorisations for management companies under the CCI and supervision of investment funds Approval and monitoring of providers of financial, cryptographic and securities services Control of organisational requirements, in particular risk management of supervised institutions review of disclosure obligations, in particular prospectuses and investor information

You have a university degree (Bachelor / FH Diploma) with at least the grade “good” of the economic or Administrative sciences or (economic)mathematics or -Informatics completed OR You have a university degree (Bachelor / FH Diploma) of the economic and social sciences with at least the “satisfactory” note. Administrative sciences (economic)mathematics and -Informatics completed and have at least five years of relevant professional experience in the fields of banking & financial services, insurance, audit & management consultancy, digitalization in the financial sector, etc. OR They have completed a higher education degree (Bachelor / FH Diploma) with at least the ''good'' grade, which allows access to the advanced service, and have at least five years of relevant professional experience in the fields of banking & financial services, insurance, audit & management consultancy, digitalization in the financial sector or the like. You convince colleagues and externals on the basis of your appraisal handling and your clear approach to the matter You can evaluate data – including using common data analysis tools – and draw first conclusions They are open to work in projects or project structures and ideally have experiences in agile working methods You have good knowledge of English You must have knowledge of the German language at least at level C1 GER We presume you are ready to do business trips. Service trips can also take several days, but are usually planned.
