Maintenance and further development of the DAA Quality Management System (QMS) Ensuring the carrier certifications according to AZAV and ISO for DAA GmbH This includes: organisation of certification with our specialist bodies (FKS) Providing all necessary documentation and evidence Pre- and post-processing with management and regional quality management officers (QMB's)

close cooperation with the management/management continuous cooperation with the regional QMB's (including regular exchange and design of joint workshops) Leadership and organisation of the nationwide QM control circuit regular exchange with the QM Committee representatives of the General Works Council Communication with relevant stakeholders internally and externally Keeping the total documentation of the QM process further tasks after voting The central department of quality management and certification is interdisciplinary as part of the DAA headquarters. The main focus of the work is in particular: Carrier certification according to AZAV and ISO Measure certification according to AZAV contextual tasks

a relevant higher education or sound commercial training with proven experience in quality management training in quality management, ideally in the audit area or management good knowledge of carrier certification processes and the underlying standards and laws (e.g. AZAV, ISO) cross-disciplinary knowledge in various product areas of the educational market or the ability to work quickly into new topics/product areas They like to work in the team and are also able to organize themselves to a great extent They have pronounced analytical skills Binding and self-responsible actions are of course for you You value process documentation and backup Communication skills belongs to your strengths They convince with safe and friendly appearance
