We are looking for you in full-time throughout Germany SAP SuccesFactors EC / ECP Consultant (w/m/d) with 100% home office possibility Accompany our customers on their way to digital HR transformation and design SuccessFactors solutions with the focus of Employee Central (EC) and integration into hybrid SAP landscapes with SAP HCM or Employee Central Payroll (ECP). End-to-end projects in the field of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – from analysis to conception to implementation and handover. Customizing & Implementation of SuccessFactors solutions including data models, business rules, MDF, workflows and authorization models. Supporting integration with SAP HCM-On-Premise, ECP (Employee Central Payroll) and, if necessary, further SuccessFactors modules. Workshops & Training with HR stakeholders for the sustainable implementation and transfer of know-how. Consulting & customer communication – you are the first contact person for our customers in technical and technical questions.

SAP expertise: At least 3 years of experience in the SAP-SuccessFactors environment, in particular Employee Central incl. Customizing and certification as well as ideally in other modules. System understanding: solid understanding of hybrid system landscapes with SAP HCM or ECP and their interaction with SAP SuccessFactors. HR expertise: Good knowledge of personnel management processes and/or payroll as well as a safe methodical view. Qualification: Complete study of industrial informatics or comparable technical or commercial training as well as German knowledge at least. C2-level. Communication & Working: Embossed communication strength, agile working and collaborative cooperation in distributed teams.
