These are your tasks Intermediate care: As a primary interface to external intermediary platforms, you manage our contacts there:in Relationship care: At regular events you ask for long-term and positive cooperation with brokers:inside Credit check: You are responsible for the processing of building financing applications, which extend from the examination of the documents to the creation of the contract Customer support: You enter our new and existing customers:in the building finance sector

We wish A completed training as a bank clerk Banker or equivalent study or training Ideally prior knowledge and professional experience in building financing A great pleasure in working in the team and a corresponding communication skills German language skills (C2 level)

You can expect from us An annual salary between 47,000 - 57,000 Euro (TVöD-S, max. Group 8) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience and qualification 39 working hours per week for full time and flexible working time The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
