In this position, you will ensure a stable operation and a fast and sustainable solution for software in projects and in the field. You act as a central link between development, application and customer and contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of product quality. Your tasks: 2nd level support for software problems from projects and application analysis and reproduction of errors in laboratory, simulation and system environments Interface function between development, test and application Care and tracking of field feedback and serial problems Support in startup and integration of systems Care and development of knowledge databases and Known Issues derivation and communication of improvement measures for development and testing Support for release and change processes Participation in the development of service tools and diagnostic functions Training of internal users and applicators
