Senior Logistics Controller at the Rheine or Hilden location full-time (39 hours/week) (m/f/d)

As part of our seven-member ''Operation Controlling'' team, you are responsible for controlling our decentralised locations of distribution logistics. As a business partner, you are the main partner of the management and department for business issues from commissioning to distribution to our customers.

You expect the following tasks: You take an active role in the logistics management team and are Sparrings partner for the logistics management to make decisions. You develop a high understanding of the logistics processes and play a key role in implementing a process cost accounting. You will start regular reports, ad-hoc analyses as well as business cases and continuously analyze logistics performance, guide optimization potentials and recommendations for action. You conduct projects on your own and work with your controlling colleagues and the BI department to continuously develop the controlling processes and instruments - even with the introduction of our new ERP system SAP S/4HANA. You are responsible for the monthly/annual accounts of the logistics, and you start regular forecasts as well as the annual budget in close cooperation with the department.

You enrich our team with your above-average affinity for numbers and processes as well as your strong pleasure in business partnering. In addition, you have a high readiness to travel to our Germany-wide locations with a particularly regular presence in Rheine and Hilden. In addition, you bring: Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, controlling, finance or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in controlling, ideally a producing company. Very good knowledge about the common IT systems & modern tools such as SAP BW4, SAP SAC or RPA software Knowledge found in logistics controlling Analytical thinking and a high solution orientation Flexibility and project management experiences are beneficial
