Leasing Manager / Leasing Manager and Technical Purchasing (w/m/d) - 1526-42 in the Team BK-Hardware Lifecycle, terminated as a medical representative, expected duration up to 30.06.2027 (extension possible)

The focus of your work is on the implementation, administration, accounting and control of lease contracts for the Baden-Württemberg state administration You check lease invoices based on rental certificates and asset data, release them for payment or control the complaint process Communication with the leasing makers, internal customer service providers and customers is also part of your task You create and process procurement applications as part of the standard IT equipment for the state administration of Baden-Württemberg You follow the workflow of demand messages and monitor the status of hardware procurement applications You are also responsible for the commercial processing, inventory and management of the purchased hardware and the asset database

You have a successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, etc. You can also apply if you have equivalent skills and experience through your IT-commercial training or due to your professional qualification and multi-year relevant activities You have experience in handling hardware leasing and have a good commercial or accounting understanding. Ideal would also be experiences with the associated logistics processes In negotiations, you will be safe, fair and expertly-competent and will be able to solve complex problems in the sense of BITBW. Ideally, you have knowledge and experience in the procurement process for standard IuK devices in public service (contract and contract law) and in technical consulting Self-initiative, creativity and motivation as well as team skills and a high sense of responsibility and quality are of course for you You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
