Educators – Residential Group (m/f/d)

In our housing group for children, young people and young adults from six years onwards, we accompany our individual support on the way to an independent life.

In order to bridge a disease-related period, we are looking for a pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) as of 01.08.2026, which supports our team with joy and responsibility with up to 35 hours per week.

And how can it continue? The NGD comprises over 450 locations – meet us and we look together to see if there is a further perspective at the same or at another location.

Your tasks

Support: You accompany young people in everyday life – whether they stand up, in leisure or in everyday challenges. You are there when you have questions – personal or educational – give orientation, strengthen your self-confidence and promote your individual development.

Document:Ob for help schedule talks or in everyday situations: You document professionally and carefully so that we as a team can follow the course of care and develop it together.

Cooperation: You promote sustainable contacts with other institutions and enrich our team with your personality and team spirit.

Your profile

Qualifications:You have a completed training as an educatorin or church-accredited home educatorin, could ideally gain professional experience in child and youth assistance and have the licence of Class B.

Engagement:You dare to master challenging situations safely and in a solution-oriented manner and approach your tasks with commitment and expertise.

Team spirit:You are part of a motivated team that strengthens each other and works at eye level. You'll get in case reviews, supervisions and conceptual processes – with openness and readiness to reflect.
