You are responsible for all service topics in the area you are looking for: You are the first contact person for customers and technicians (m/w/d) on the subject of measurement equipment, reading as well as commercial questions in the service. They dispose of reading, assembly, repair, exchange orders and accompany them up to their successful completion and ensure customer satisfaction. Within your care area, you actively take over the planning and design of the order processing, using sound key figures and SLA's. They provide address-oriented communication with customers, service partners and internal departments.

They have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have first experience in order processing. You have experience in dealing with MS-Word, MS-Excel and ideally with SAP or a comparable ERP system. You have fun in tasks that make your skill appear in planning, control and organization. They like to join a team and enrich it with new ideas.
