Your tasks:

Planning and implementation of the food plan taking into account dietary regulations, preferences and nutrient requirements of residents: Ordering food and other kitchen items, monitoring stock inventory and minimizing waste you take over the coordination of the kitchen staff, including the division of working hours, training of new staff:inside and motivation of the team Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations, quality standards and legal provisions close cooperation with other departments, regional management, nursing staff in order to meet the needs of residents: Budget planning and monitoring as well as documentation of orders, stocks and other relevant information

Your profile:

completed training to cook/to cook (w/m/d) or in the household sector relevant professional experience, preferably desirable in Community use safe handling of the current MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) high social competence, reliability and hygiene and environmental awareness Ability to work together hand in hand with all areas of the facility
