From now on we are looking for you in full time for the Dresden, Berlin or Hanover location to strengthen our team as: Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Monitoring and coordination of the execution of TGA systems (heating, sanitary, ventilation, electric) at construction sites Ensuring compliance with technical requirements, standards and regulations Implementation of quality controls and decreases in installed systems Close cooperation with planners, construction managers and exporting companies Documentation of the progress of construction and the creation of reports Identification and solution of problems during construction Participation in the planning and organisation of construction site meetings

Completed studies in the field of supply technology or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in construction monitoring in the field of technical building equipment Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations Impressed communication skills and team spirit Self-functioning and high operational readiness Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with industry-specific software
