Management and implementation of the Quality Circle Complaint Management Participation in the planning, implementation and follow-up of customer authority inspections and audits Updating and publishing the Site Master Files and the Validation Master Plan Head of Central Documentation Line PQR-Referat Direct reporting to the management for the joint assessment of the QM system Creation and evaluation of a regular quality report to the CoQA Implementation of the agreed uniform measures of the CoQA Participation in the Q circle of CoQA (usually 4 x p.a.) Participation in the creation of corporate-standard operating procedures and participation in harmonisation of superior QM procedures Participation in supplier audits and archiving of audit documents for the company Participation in carrying out self-inspections Participation in the conclusion of QS agreements with customers and suppliers Implementation of travel activities under the responsibilities profile Within the Aenova Group, the job owner takes over the subject of risk analysis as a mentor and reports as such regularly on current GMP aspects and progress Training of pharmacists and pharmacists as well as personnel in manufacturing, testing and storage
