Together with our commercial property managers and the Back Offices, you are responsible for providing a real estate portfolio consisting mainly of office, commercial units and hotels.They are the first contact person for the asset manager, the tenants as well as for the external service providers and responsible for the overall technical and infrastructural building management. Ensuring the operator's obligations by complying with the statutory requirements for building operation and monitoring the required maintenance and expert checks Control, monitoring and coordination of external service providers provision of architectural and engineering services according to the performance model according to HOAI Collection and management of building documentation, service provider contracts and technical building equipment Examination of performance lists and offers with subsequent creation of decision templates and subsequent award recommendations taking into account sustainability aspects and eligibility Monitoring and documentation of the actual state of buildings and damage caused by regular object visits as well as the initiation of professional defect elimination and warranty tracking Creation of reports and budgets for technical and infrastructure measures

Studies in the field of engineering, architecture or technical building management or completed technical training in the fields of facility management, technical building equipment, utility technology or a related field Professional experience in technical object care/management or in a comparable activity, for example in an architectural office, facility management service provider or technical property management Good knowledge of contract law (VOB, BGB, HOAI) Good knowledge of building technology and experience with modernisation and maintenance Analytical competence with simultaneous hands-on mentality High communication capability, pronounced understanding of services, safe and friendly appearance Routinized handling of MS Office programs and ideally SAP
