Company physician with management responsibility (m/f/d)

Head of Unit: Head of the Süd-West Unit (Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Cologne, Karlsruhe) of the occupational medical service in close cooperation with the senior operating physician Leadership: Discipline leadership and development of employees in the South West region, including feedback, development and control processes, as well as the promotion of a modern learning culture Strategic development: Participation in the further development of the occupational and health protection of Allianz companies in Germany and support in the development of pandemic, emergency and crisis plans Advice & support: Advice and support of the associated areas in accordance with § 3 ASiG, in particular in matters of health protection, accident prevention and the creation of operating arrangements Industrial safety: Participation in the workstations, ASA meetings and the development and communication of suggestions for improvement in occupational health Health care: participation in the occupational care, including emergency and outpatient care, occupational health care and health promotion Stakeholder Management: Regular exchange and close cooperation with the senior company physician and continuous improvement of the occupational medical service

Qualification: Specialist in occupational medicine with several years of professional experience – additional qualifications such as emergency medicine, tropical medicine or a second specialist name are advantageous Leadership experience: Detectable leadership experience, ideally in a comparable position, as well as distinct competence and motivation for the promotion and development of employees Industry experience: occupational medical experience in different industries and at least two groups or alternatively long-term work in an over-company medical service Project management: experience in project work within complex structures and interest in the continuous improvement of the occupational medical service Location: Willingness to take over the focus of work on site in Stuttgart – Experience in the occupational medical service of Allianz Group or in the occupational medical center Stuttgart is ideal Additional qualifications: Required are training authorization for occupational medicine IT competence: Secure handling of occupational medical software (e.g. Ergonomed) and the MS Office package
