Team Leadership: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the electrician team (use planning, instruction, further development) Operational safety: Ensuring the proper operation of the high and low-voltage systems according to DIN VDE 0100-600 and DIN VDE 0105-100 Maintenance management: Planning and monitoring of maintenance, inspection and repair work (including security power supply, NEA, USV systems) Project management: Technical management support for modernization projects and acceptances according to TestVO Compliance: Responsibility for the legally secure organisation (VEO – responsible electric specialist) and documentation in the CAFM system Service provider control: Coordination and acceptance of services of external specialist companies

Qualification: Complete training as an electronic engineer for energy and building technology with further training as an electric master (m/w/d) or state-tested technician Experience: Multiannual professional experience in building technology, ideally in the clinical environment or in complex properties Leadership competence: First experience in personnel management and the ability to motivate and target-oriented control a team Knowledge of standards: Funded knowledge in the relevant regulations (VDE, MLAR, MPBettriebV) You have well-founded experience in handling CAFM systems and have a clear understanding of the importance of a legally secure, complete and comprehensible technical documentation Personality: High sense of responsibility, resilience in fault management and a structured way of working
