Team Leader Feed-in Management (m/f/d)

Registration and settlement of feed-in systems: processing of incoming system applications and correct billing of feed-in compensation to the system operators. Professional and disciplinary leadership: leadership, motivation and further development of employees as well as implementation of employee talks and promotion of a positive working environment. Control and further development of the processes: monitoring and optimisation of the processes in feed management, control of relevant key figures as well as preparation of evaluations, statistics and reports. Further development and knowledge management: observation of legal and energy-economic changes, identification of adaptation needs and ensuring internal knowledge transfer. Project management and interface management: cooperation and management of cross-departmental projects for process optimization as well as clarification of problems with internal disciplines, customers and IT service providers. Operational implementation and settlement: support for day-to-day business as well as planning, coordination and implementation of large plants and complex accounting constructs including system connection.

Completed energy or commercial studies with a focus on energy management or commercial training with a corresponding additional qualification, for example as a specialist. Multiannual professional experience, ideally with at least three years in the energy industry and two years of leadership experience. Found industry knowledge in feed management as well as safe handling of MS Office and ideally Wilken Energy. Representative leadership, communication and organisational competence as well as experience in employee development, delegation and project management. Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as an independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working with high learning readiness and detail accuracy.
